1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the tkc999 website accessible at https://tkc999.app and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any service offered by tkc999.
• "Account" means a registered player account held with tkc999.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded by tkc999 and subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports market, or other event offered through the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all tkc999 transactions are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 tkc999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Access to the Platform may be suspended pending completion of age verification.

2.3 Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Any Funds remaining in such an account will be reviewed in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

2.4 You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your country or region of residence.

2.5 tkc999 does not permit registration or play by individuals who are currently self-excluded from the Platform, employees or contractors of tkc999, or immediate family members of such employees.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.

3.2 You may hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 tkc999 reserves the right to perform enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to provide any requested supporting documentation promptly. Failure to cooperate with KYC procedures may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of Funds pending investigation.

3.4 You must keep your registration information up to date. Any material change to your personal details (including change of mobile number or primary payment method) must be notified to tkc999 support as soon as reasonably practicable.

3.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. tkc999 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkc999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). No other payment methods are currently supported.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by tkc999's payment processor.
• tkc999 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• tkc999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing any deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account number used to make the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 60 minutes for Rocket and Upay. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the Account have been fully met.
• tkc999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing a withdrawal, which may extend processing timelines. You will be notified if additional information is required.
• tkc999 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency transactions are supported. If you attempt to send funds in a currency other than BDT, the transaction will be declined.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 From time to time, tkc999 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, and to the general conditions set out in this section.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, minimum deposit thresholds, and wagering multipliers are specified in the Welcome Bonus Terms published on the Platform.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant offer terms.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%).
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds do not count towards wagering requirements if the stake exceeds any per-spin or per-bet maximum specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within any time limit specified for the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire upon the deadline.

5.4 tkc999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's Account, tkc999 will honour the terms in place at the time of crediting.

5.5 Bonuses are available for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using automated betting strategies, or hedging bonus wagers — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potential account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the tkc999 Platform are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.

6.2 tkc999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a manifest pricing or odds error has occurred; (b) a system or technical error has materially affected the outcome or the displayed odds; (c) there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity affecting the event on which the bet was placed; (d) the bet was placed in violation of any provision of this Agreement.

6.3 In the event of a voided bet, the stake will be returned to the player's Account balance. No further compensation will be due in respect of voided bets.

6.4 Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply across all sports markets and casino games. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or market and may be updated by tkc999 from time to time without prior notice.

6.5 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. tkc999 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

6.6 Live sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. tkc999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market and reserves the right to suspend or remove markets before or during an event at its discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 tkc999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

7.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within the Account dashboard or by contacting support at support@tkc999.app:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from tkc999.

8.3 The game titles and studio names referenced on the Platform (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under licence. tkc999 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 tkc999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

9.2 tkc999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform to protect data in transit. Stored personal data is protected by industry-standard security controls.

9.3 tkc999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), KYC verification providers, and fraud-prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tkc999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkc999 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) any service interruption caused by technical failure, telecommunications outage, or force majeure events.

10.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit tkc999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.4 You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. tkc999 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. You agree to bet only with funds you can afford to lose.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 tkc999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) the Account is being used for money laundering or any other illegal purpose; (d) continuation of the Account poses a reputational or financial risk to tkc999.

11.2 Upon closure of an Account for cause, tkc999 may withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated following investigation, any legitimate funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

11.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support at support@tkc999.app. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all applicable wagering requirements are met.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 tkc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

12.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any change, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to tkc999 customer support for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

13.2 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by tkc999 from time to time.

13.3 All dispute communications should be submitted in writing to support@tkc999.app. tkc999 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within two (2) business days (BST).
